NOTICE TO ADOPT REVISED CAMPGROUND REGULATIONS

Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act, W.S.16-3-103 et seq., and 35-1-305(a) and (c), the Board of Health of the Casper/Natrona County Health Department will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 16,  2017 to consider revisions of Campground Regulations by the Environmental Health Division of the Casper/Natrona County Health Department. A copy of the proposed regulations is available at the office of the Casper/Natrona County Health Department, 475 S. Spruce St., Casper, WY 82601, and at the website-http://www.casperhealth.com.

On Thursday, February 16, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. at the Casper/Natrona County Health Department, Casper, WY 82601, the Board will open the public hearing to hear public comment and consider the revised Campground regulations. Additionally, prior to the public hearing, any interested person may submit his/her written views on the new proposed fees to the office of the Board of Health, 475 S. Spruce St., Casper, WY 82601 or to kelly.weidenbach@cnchd.org.  The proposed rules do not exceed the minimum substantive state statutory requirements and are not necessary to comply with a federal law or regulatory requirement.
