Tattoo / Body Art

This division oversees the practice of body art adornment that typically involves tattooing and piercings. This may also include cosmetic tattooing but excludes implantation and other practices that is considered medical in procedure. Body art facilities within the City of Casper and Natrona County must obtain a license to operate through our Department and must comply with the provisions outlined in the Body Art Rules.
