Adult Health Services

Adult Health is a service that the Casper-Natrona County Health Department provides in the community to senior and disabled adults to remain in the home and to ensure an optimal level of functioning. Nursing staff visit with the clients in their home setting and provide assistance with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, shopping and errands. Registered professional nurses provide education, health assessments, case management and monitoring of medication regimen and compliance.
